LaBel Foodservice is a chef-led commercial kitchen design, equipment, procurement, project management, and installation firm serving restaurants, hospitality, senior living, healthcare, education, corporate dining, clubs, commissaries, and other professional foodservice operations. We coordinate workflow, equipment, building systems, and implementation so commercial kitchens are practical to operate and ready to build.
Chef-Led Design Since 1998
Brad LaBel has designed and managed professional foodservice projects since 1998. A Culinary Institute of America graduate with associate and bachelor’s degrees in Culinary Arts and Culinary Arts Management, Brad brings hands-on chef experience from Lundy’s Famous Seafood House and a U.S. Air Force base in Germany. He leads LaBel’s commercial kitchen work with an operator’s perspective—connecting menus, workflow, equipment, utilities, construction coordination, staffing, and long-term performance.
Proven Commercial Foodservice Experience
LaBel’s work includes restaurants, hotels, country clubs, assisted-living and healthcare communities, schools and teaching kitchens, corporate dining, commissaries, cafés, bakeries, gourmet markets, and bars. Project experience includes The Bristal, The Ambassador, Summit One Vanderbilt, Cal Poly, Ace Endico, and other commercial foodservice operations. LaBel supports New York-area equipment, procurement, installation, and project execution, while ChefVue extends collaborative commercial kitchen design nationwide.
