Brad LaBel and his team know this (and other teaching kitchen “know-how”) because they are seasoned experts in this particular practice. Not only is Brad a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) and a former chef, but he also is an acting consultant for CIA advising institutions and organizations of all shapes and sizes nationally on best practices for designing and building a teaching kitchen.
