LaBel is undergoing a major redesign for the Culinary Arts Department at Delgado Community College in New Orleans. Founded in 1921, Delgado's Culinary Arts Program is one of the College's oldest and premier programs. Delgado Culinary Arts students are in high demand in New Orleans restaurants, and many go on to become executive chefs, executive sous chefs, pastry chefs, and even restaurant owners.
