The heavy-duty cast iron three-ring burner with independent inner/outer ring control handles everything from a steady simmer to a high-heat boil, and the stainless steel body with cast iron grates and full-length drip pan is built to absorb daily production kitchen use. Dual continuous pilots ensure reliable ignition, and a natural-gas-to-LP conversion kit is included.
