The heavy-duty cast iron three-ring burner allows independent control of the inner and outer rings for precise output from a simmer to a rolling boil. At 22 4/5" tall, the taller-leg design gives you ergonomic working height for large stock pots, and the stainless steel body with full-length drip pan and heavy-duty cast iron grates are engineered to handle the punishment of a production kitchen. Converts from natural gas to liquid propane with the included kit.
