The Dukers DCCOG1 is a full-size, single-deck commercial gas convection oven delivering 54,000 BTU/hr across three burners — enough heat to run a high-volume bakery, commissary, or restaurant kitchen. The 29" x 19.5" x 21.5" interior accommodates standard sheet pans on five nickel-plated chrome racks with 11 rack positions, and a two-speed fan ensures even heat distribution from 150°F to 500°F. Electronic spark ignition, an LED temperature display, a 60-minute timer, and stainless steel legs with locking casters round out a oven that's built to work hard every day.
